In true Sophie style, my post for the cape challenge is late. A month late. But at least I did it!
The pattern is Papercut’s Watson Jacket, and I have been lusting after it for a while now, constantly loading up the pictures on her website, and of Fille Futile’s version.
This version is made in red wool, with a 100% silk lining, and I love it!
I had some significant issues during one step of construction, which I will do a whole post on for those who want to make it in the future.
In the meantime, for more information and photos, see my blog post 🙂
Ohhh, well better late then never. I love this pattern and now I can see why! All sewn up it is just fantastic, great job!

This looks like a very technical make. I’ve popped over to your blog and really enjoyed reading your review of the pattern. Love your version of the jacket and will wait for your post about the construction issues before considering tackling it myself!
