This is the second entry for Sewing Double from me! I made these print trousers for Daughter No1 from a stretch twill using Burdastyle pattern 123 from the June 2011 magazine. I loved the print & originally was to make a jacket for myself, but I changed my mind when the fabric arrived because it was more beige than I thought. it’s has made a fabulous pair of trousers though, & Daughter No1 is dead chuffed with them! 🙂 To see the 4 other versions I’ve made of this pattern, and for more info you can check out my blog: Mercury Handmade.

Pants very nice ,fabric, off the charts, good job!

Nice pants. The perfect print for pants this season. I’m sure you are going to get loads of wear out of these.

Thanks, I love it too, if only it came in a less beige version, I still want a jacket!
