It’s time for you to help us decide the winners of our Dresses contest! Well done to everyone who’s been sewing with us so far, we’ve been really impressed with the quality of entries and want to say a huge THANK YOU for being so awesome 😀 ❤
If you are one of our amazing collective who entered you can use the button below on your own blog to spread the word and link back here.
Voting is open for 5 days and closes at midnight on June 13th (24:00 UTC), one vote per person.
There will be four winners chosen by 50% weighting by the judges (your editors Kat, Mel and Juliet and our guest judge Penny from Dresses & Me) and 50% from the votes cast below.
Each of our winners will receive one of the prize packs from our generous sponsors: Pattern Postie, Dresses and Me, Salme, Lekala and Gather.
For more details about the prizes, check out the Dresses launch post here.
Ok, let’s get VOTING, yay!
Below is the gallery of all qualifying entries for the Dresses competition, click on the first picture to launch the gallery and start looking through.
Each image also has a link to the full post where you can view more images and read about the garment. Remember, you only get one vote, so chose carefully 😉
The gallery displays the entries at random but after you see the garment you want to vote for just make a note of the post name, close the gallery, then find it in the alphabetical list on the voting form below.
Good luck everyone! 🙂

Wow! very pretty entries! I’m working on a skirt for the new-for-me contest, and also on a vest for my godchild which is also new for me. Damn I will have a hard dime deciding which one I will enter 🙂

You can enter more than once, if you like. 😉 Nothing in the rules saying you have to choose – go on, enter them both in!

Maybe I’ll keep the skirt for the ultimate fangirl challenge since I was planning on making a top from the same compagnie. I just saw that the indie designer I’m using for this week is not on the list. I entered the form but I don’t know how long it will take for them to add it. Does it still count as indie?

Which designer was it? It’ll probably count, I’ll check. Donna’s usually pretty good at updating the list quickly as well. 🙂

Stiff competition ladies but Chris’ red Georgia dress is my favourite. Plus her lakeside photographs were gorgeous.

Oh my, help! How can I choose just one? They are amazing. Do I go for utter gorgeousness or work gone into it or just “that’s the one that stands out”? In the words of an old friend of mine, my ghast has never been so flabbered! Good job we’ve got a week to vote – although it might be best just to go for it now!
