Indie Pattern Month – the Separates contest prizes!

So, what did you think about the prizes for the Dresses contest?

Ready to hear about the ones we have lined up for the Separates contest?

Here we go!

(And remember, you can find all the contest details, including the timelines and rules, over here.)

(Want to know more about the pattern/fabric/etc on display? Just click the image and you’ll go through to the details.)

Week two: Separates

For this sewing contest, you need to make two separates that go together, from indie patterns (e.g. a top and a skirt; top and jacket; etc.). The garments can be from the same indie label, or from different ones – it’s up to you! (They both have to be for adults garments, though.)

The prizes for the Separates contest are:

Prize one: a Named Clothing PDF pattern of your choice and a Sewaholic PDF pattern of your choice.

Prize two: from Minerva Crafts, a mystery pack of fabric, valued at £50.

Prize three: the Bronte top PDF pattern from Jennifer Lauren Vintage, and two PDF patterns of your choice from Liola Patterns.

Prize four: a gift voucher for 5 patterns from Lekala.

Prize five: from Hawes and Freer, a pair of Merchant and Mills shears.

Prize six: a Muse Patterns PDF pattern of your choice and a Pauline Alice paper pattern of your choice.

Oh yes, six fabulous prizes up for grabs in the Separates sewing contest!

Will you be entering? Which prize (or prizes!) do you most want to win?

  6. Man I better get my ass in gear! This is perfect because I have two indie patterns that I’ve held onto for almost a year and haven’t cut into yet.

  7. I like that you have some other prizes and not “just” patterns. All fun! I have made one piece and still need to make my second piece for separates, I can’t wait to see how they look together. Hopefully, they’ll work together as well as I imagine.

  8. This is so exciting! I’ll be entering so long as I don’t wear myself out making dresses for the first challenge. I’d love to win the prize with the Named PDF, I like so many of their patterns
