I have written several review for this pattern and I will never get tired of saying I LOVE this pattern!  The design is simplicity at it’s best but the dramatic flare is so awesome. This is a pattern that let’s your fabric shine, it’s also a great pattern for color blocking. [I finished this right in the beginning of the month just in time for this challenge]

I chose to use denim in a unique way for this skirt. I cut up strips and sewed them together to make a full sheet of fabric. I then laid out my pattern pieces and went to work on this beauty. The construction was super easy. A new sewist may have issues fitting or easing in these panels but just take your time and you will be fine.

    • Thanks Heather, this was a fun one….well after I made sure all my fabric was cut straight and after I took my time sewing these lines making sure all my seams were straight, yeah after all that it was pure fun!
