I was so lucky to test a new sewing pattern from an Australian based newcomer on the pattern market: The Wearable Studio.
This is such a cute Top. Great to wear at the office but also for appointments like an informal dinner party or a drink with friends.
I used artificial silk with an old pink, ecru and bordeaux red flower pattern.
The ruffle finish at the hem and sleeves and the high-low hem gives the Franki Top a feminine style.
Sadly the finished Franki Top wil be in my closet for a while. Summer hasn’t arrived in the Netherlands yet, but as soon as the temperatures are rising and the sunshine will appear: I’m ready.
I made this too, but the cuffed 3/4 sleeve version. I love how it looks with the short sleeves and ruffles. Isn’t it a great top? I’ll post my review next week.

Tank you. It really is great looking, cut, feminine Top. I’m so pleased with the look of the short sleeve with the ruffles. I can remember you made that beautiful pink version.

What a cute top! The fabric you chose for it is so pretty, too!
