Orageuse Paris Top

Can you believe it: this is my forty-fifth time that I’m writing a post for TMS. A lot has happened in te meantime. My sewing skills have improved and I’ve done some amazing TMS challenges.

This edition is under the supervision of Miss Bossy. She told us to dig in our stash. Use patterns that haven’t been touched. Fabrics I don’t dare to cut. Ask for help: let others decide what you make. Use an Out-of-Print pattern or a vintage one.

I choose three sewing projects from my notebook. I’m on UWYH-mission. So I try to use fabrics from my stash but also patterns I’ve already purchased.

This make is from leftover fabric. Someone gave it to me knowing I could make something out of her off cuts.

The winner of my voting pole was the Orageuse Paris Top. Tres bien. Un petit peu O la la was edit to the original pattern: a fitted look, slits in the side seam and some contrast fabric. A little touch of La Parisienne pour moi this time.

This Orageuse Paris Top is comfortable to wear. The stretch is just perfect just like the fit. I will happily wear this during our short stay in June in France but also during our Holiday in France.
