This week my family is on holiday in the (sometimes) sunny Lake District, England. With the weather turning cooler, my husband asked for a new long sleeved tee to take with him.
This pattern has been so well used, though this is the first time I have used the long sleeve version. This is the Men’s Metro Tee by Oliver and S who are based in the USA. I made a couple of short sleeved ones last year for our summer holidays in Italy, so it is a well traveled pattern too.
I must have made this pattern more than 5 times now so there was no need to read the instructions. Just check the seam allowance and away I went. I did have to use mixed colours of overlocking thread because I only had one green, but I quite like the interesting seam allowances.
On a sunny day, there is nothing quite so lovely as the English countryside! There are a few more pictures over on my blog here.
Great job! the pattern is perfect and I love the color
