For my final entry into the challenge what could be more fitting than making Halloween skirts for my daughters?
Both were made from the same Swingset pattern by Oliver + S with a slight modification on the waist. They are also made of the same fabric but in different time.
The skirt is made of 2 layers so for the youngest I put the tulle layer underneath (not the best idea as she finds it itchy) whereas for her sister I used the tulle as the top layer.
Both skirts were straight forward enough to make and of course are worn tonight to go out for trick or treat.
I hope the candy baskets will come full of sweets of course!
I have thoroughly enjoyed the challenge this month and it has pushed me to be productive. I am so happy and proud of all my makes and I look forward to completing more of the monthly challenges in the future. I have also discovered lots of new indie designer through the features and interviews from the team but also from everyone else fabulous creations. Thank you so much to the monthly stitch team, it has been much fun.
