Ali Kelly – Thimberlina

I’ve always enjoying sewing and when I was in my 20’s I made clothes, curtains and even my bridesmaid’s dresses when I got married. For the last 10 years or so any sewing I’ve done has been a chore (mending/alterations).
In June ’13 I made a dress and my life changed! And so did my conservatory, which is now my sewing space.
Since then I’ve lost count of the number of dresses and tops I’ve made.
I like to challenge myself, but usually opt for quick and easy patterns.
I now also try to make gifts for family and friends instead of buying presents for birthdays etc.
I love reading blogs from everyone around the world who ooze craftiness, and I hope you love reading mine too!
