Frocktober – the what and the when

Want to know what’s happening when during Frocktober? You’ve come to the right place! Here you’ll find the schedule for the whole month – the dates for each sew-with-us series, the sewing contest timeframes, and even when the sewing contest winners will be announced.

(The only thing you won’t find is when the occasional giveaway may be happening. Because we’re keeping those a surprise. There may be one, there may be more, and you’ll just have to keep watching to see when they pop up! 😉 )

With Frocktober focusing on four featured dresses, the schedule is laid out based on each feature dress, so it’s easy for you to find the information for the dress (or dresses?!) you’re wanting to participate in.

And if you miss a post, we’re putting them all into one useful location as they are published here on The Monthly Stitch.

The sew-with-us series

Wonder what the ‘sew-with-us’ series posts are all about? One of the Monthly Stitch editors will be taking on the challenge of sewing up each featured dress over five days, and posting about their progress. We’re hoping that some of you will sew along with us! (And we’ve even made sure you’ve got a couple of days after the sew-with-us series ends to get your new dress photographed and blogged in time for the sewing contest. 😉 )
